Delivery, payment and refunds

Delivery

The customer selects a date and hourly time slot in Moscow time. The delivery fee is calculated at checkout and may depend on the address and order value.

Pickup

Pickup is available at the address and during the hours shown on the website or in the order notification. A date and time slot must also be selected for pickup.

Payment

Orders are paid online through the payment provider. Bank card details are entered and processed on the provider's secure page.

Refunds

Refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Processing time depends on the customer's bank and payment system.
