Consent to personal data processing

By placing an order and selecting the consent checkbox, the user freely consents to the processing of personal data in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ.

1. Data covered

Name, phone number, email, delivery address, order notes, order details, purchase history and technical records of consent.

2. Processing activities

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, use, transfer for order fulfilment, anonymisation, restriction, deletion and destruction.

3. Purposes

Accepting and fulfilling orders, delivery, pickup, customer notifications, payments and refunds, customer accounts, the rewards programme and customer support.

4. Duration

Consent remains valid until the processing purposes are fulfilled or consent is withdrawn, unless further storage is required by law.

5. Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent via Telegram: @kanekikenspb. After withdrawal, data is deleted or restricted unless retention is required by law.
