Privacy policy

This policy explains what data TattiStrawberry collects when orders are placed and fulfilled, why it is used and how it is protected.

1. Data controller

TattiStrawberry processes customer personal data to accept orders, contact customers, arrange delivery, payments and refunds, maintain customer accounts and comply with Russian law.

2. Data we process

Name, phone number, email, delivery address, order notes, order contents and history, payment statuses, technical connection data and records of acceptance of the website terms.

3. Purposes of processing

Order placement, product reservation, delivery or pickup, order notifications, customer support, payments and refunds, post-completion rewards and prevention of misuse.

4. Storage and security

Data is stored in the website database and is available only to authorised administrative users. Access to the administration area requires authentication. Bank card details are transmitted and processed by the payment provider.

5. Sharing with third parties

Data may be shared with delivery services, the payment provider, email providers and messaging notification services only to the extent required to fulfil the order and comply with the law.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The website uses only functional data required to operate the shop: the tatti_session cookie for customer account sign-in, the tatti_locale cookie and localStorage tatti_locale for language choice, localStorage tatti.cart.v1 for the cart, and sessionStorage tatti.checkout.v1 for the temporary checkout draft. The draft remains only in the current tab for up to 48 hours and is deleted after an order is created. Bank card details are not stored in the website browser storage.

Analytics and advertising cookies are not currently used. Before analytics or advertising is enabled, the website must request separate consent before loading the relevant tracking technologies.

7. Your rights

Customers may request correction, deletion or restriction of personal data processing where this does not conflict with accounting, tax or other applicable legal requirements.
