Terms and conditions

These terms govern orders placed on TattiStrawberry, including payment, delivery, pickup, cancellation and refunds.

1. Placing an order

The customer selects products, a date and time slot, provides contact details and accepts the website terms. An order is accepted after payment is confirmed or, where available, after a pay-on-receipt order is created.

2. Online payment

For online payments, products are reserved for a limited time. If payment is not confirmed within that period, the order may be cancelled automatically and the reservation released.

3. Hand-assembled products

Gift sets, flowers, berries and decorative elements may vary slightly from the photographs in colour, shape or arrangement while retaining the overall composition and value.

4. Rewards and promo codes

Rewards are credited only after an order is completed. Rewards and promo codes cannot be combined in one order. Redeemed rewards are returned if the order is cancelled.

5. Cancellation

An order can be cancelled before assembly begins. If it has already been assembled or dispatched, cancellation terms are agreed individually based on the nature of the products.
